PRAXIS is the synergy and relational unity of Christian theology and practice.
When Christian theology and practice become dis-connected from one another and dis-located from local contexts and cultures, God's mission is hampered.
The massive cultural shift from the modern to the postmodern era has resulted in a massive dis-connection between church theology and practice and the dis-location of church life and ministry from current culture, diminishing congregational capacity and competency to share and embody the Gospel in today's world.
PRAXIS, is an emerging church, p2p (peer to peer) congregational based mission center affiliated with Church of the Apostles, Seattle. Our mission is to companion congregations and church leaders in re-locating and re-connecting theology and practice within today's culture, to help enliven and renew active congregational participation in the Missio Dei.
